OUR PROGRAMS
Our center provides age-appropriate programs that are carefully designed for our children. We are licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and have certifications in CDA, Eco-Healthy Child Care PACCA, NAEYC and more. We are a STAR 4 rated facility by the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Learning.

Virtual School Age Programs
We offer a safe space for those children who need care while attending school virtually. Healthy meals, breakfast, lunch and snack is served during the day. We also offer enjoyable educational activities throughout the day which include, but are not limited to:

Daily After School Care
TCLA provide before and after care for school age children. We Offer assistance with homework and breakfast and/or healthy snacks. There is a bus stop for children to attend school which picks up and drops off using the Penn Hills School Transportation system.

Early Head Start
We offer FREE SERVICES To Toddler CHILDREN and their families based on income for children ages 0-3.
Early Head Start is a child development program primarily for low income families who meet the Federal poverty guidelines. Once enrolled, children are eligible for EHS until 3 years of age or when they are transitioned into an appropriate preschool setting.
